We are the ONLY gym in Heber that offers the FULL spectrum of Artistic Gymnastics (Beam, Vault, Rings, Floor, Pommel Horse, Mushroom, Uneven/High Bar, Parallel Bars, and more). We also teach Parkour and a full spectrum of related tricking and free-running styles. We offer open gym style parties, and private lessons for those who are gymnasts, on drill, dance, cheer, among others! We focus on mastering skills with technique, flexibility, coordination, and strength. We provide our students with the foundation to succeed and nurture self-confidence!
